This massive engine with 40,000 lbs. of power was used to
draw freight and passengers between Quebec City, Montreal,
Ottawa & Pembroke. It was originally numbered # 670 but
was renumbered when the CNR took over the Grand Trunk Railway.
Engine # 2534 is one of only three remaining
N-4-a classes in existence
